We are hiring Joinery Industry experienced and organized Senior Store Keeper to be part our growing team and who will be leading the section in foolproof accountability and in detail clarity.
He shall work in close coordination with the production and project departments, and reporting with the Accounts Department.
Job Role:
• Maintaining and keeping track of receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stocks.
• Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies.
• Executing other stock-related duties which may include returning and packing supplies.
• Examining and reviewing deliveries for discrepancies and damages and reporting to necessary personnel for reimbursements and record keeping
• Record keeping of tools and equipment’s with the factory and site personnel.
• Overseeing and/or exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store.
• Answering questions regarding procedures and resolving issues that may arise on receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus supply.
• Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of stocks, operation of an accounting system, maintenance of inventory records, preparation of material orders, and receiving, reviewing, and storing of supplies disbursed on job orders and material transfers.
Requirements:
• Required 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in Joinery Industry.
• Good financial acumen
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with decent math skills.
• Excellent management, time management and good interpersonal skills
• Possess High School diploma
