Assistant Manager Logistics

We are looking for Assistant Manager Logistics (UAE)
• Strategically plan and manage , logistic, warehouse , transportation and customer service
• Direct, optimize and Coordinate full order cycle
• Liason and negotiate with supplier, manufacturers, retailer and consumer
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock level, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process of shipments
• Resolving any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness target
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to asses performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulation and ISO requirements
Skills and Abilities:
• Proven work experience as a logistic manager
• Record of successful distribution and logistic management
• Demonstrable ability to lead
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
