Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A very successful global project and cost management consultancy based in Dubai, leading on projects such as commercial outfit and development construction
Job Description:
Prepare and submit Monthly Interim Valuations and ensure payments are paid at predefined stages during the construction processes as detailed in the contract.
Periodically report to senior management on financial & contractual issues and attend meetings on financial status in the form of contract reviews assessed through project progress, labor analysis, material procurement and subcontractor account review.
Identify the changes in the scope of works, notify the concerned parties, manage & value the claims for submission and agreement of variation claims
Provide commercial support to Project Manager by assisting in determining the most efficient and economical suppliers in the market
Prepare, Submit and Agreement of final accounts

Qualifications:
48 years old and below
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
