Hiring Community Manager / Social Media Manager
About the Client:
A newly launched digital company creating a new platform for online community to interact, based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Build positive relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, etc.
• Grow digital community of account or accounts assigned with people having aligned interests and potentials through effective campaigns, active participation, and other marketing strategies
• Create discussion, events and then get feedback to monitor and report all online reviews to higher management
• Stay up to date with market competitors, trends in technology, new products related to the company and new features that can be added to the current product line
• Actively respond to all comments customer needs and queries in a timely manner, making sure to participate and boost company campaigns
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of work experience as a Community Manager (TikTok, discord, IG, FB Communities, Twitter)
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
