Position Title: Facility Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A modern hospital with state-of-the-art facilities based in Dubai.
Job Description:
Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and health & safety standards
Prepare the scope of work for Annual Maintenance , Cleaning , Security Service according to building needs
Review bidder service agreement and select the service provider accordingly
Working closely with service providers to maintain high quality services
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to Arabic nationals
Male, 35 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in the same role
Must have UAE and hospital experience
Preferably with experience in chilled water system
Must be knowledgeable about authorities’ requirements/regulations (DHA, DM, DCD, etc.)
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
