Looking for Admin Assistant with a can do attitude. Should have Customer Service Skills as well and with min 3 years’ experience in the UAE.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with clients and nurses through various channels
• Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Processing booking, forms, applications, and requests
• Keeping records of clients, patients, or patient interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Schedules Nurses with Client Needs in line with Clinical Manager where appropriate
• Liaises and co-ordinates with Drivers and Nurses to promote an efficient and effective timely Client service
• Maintain Medical Record Filing System
• Preferable from a Healthcare Industry
Job Requirement:
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluency in English - Good Oral and written communication skills
• Experience working with customer support
• Multi-tasking
• Knowhow of Medical Insurance filing in Dubai is a plus
• Must be in Dubai and ready to join immediately
