Executing appropriate distribution strategy with strong sales process and systems through effective and efficient front line team in place.

• Responsible for mass market and specialist trade channel growth, responsible for overall growth of the cluster.

• Meet Distribution and effective coverage plans.

• Appointing and managing strategically placed dealers, sub dealers, distributors such that the objective of re-distribution is achieved across cluster

• Developing the market by using judicious mix of tools available to drive physical and mental availability.

• Ensure customer engagement and development at all levels.

• Set, monitor and deliver key business objectives at period, quarter and annual level

• To plan and monitor the targets of all key accounts, wholesale, sub dealers and assist them in achieving the targets and ensure regular cash flow into the company and to minimize over-dues and make the business cash efficient
