IT Service Desk Specialist
Contract: 1 year Extendable depending on Performance.
Job Description:
• Provide day-to-day desktop support, such as identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues. Analyze and resolve or escalate data and voice system issues and requests.
• Utilize the electronic ticketing system IT to open, close, resolve, escalate, and track requests and activities.
• Configure and troubleshoot issues with applications
• Perform moves, ads, and changes using appropriate change management procedures and communications.
