Hiring Site Supervisor (Kitchen Installation)
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Position holder will collaborate with General Manager, Designer, Sales Teams and Site Teams and must be an experience in:
• Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Plan and prepare Installations schedule in advance and assigning task to installers.
• Meet clients/contractor/Interior designers on sites along with the Sales Designer to explain the detailed work process. (Starting date, technical challenges that might be there, handing over date etc.)
• Prepare and share detailed reports for remaining snags on sites.
• Coordinate with Clients, backup office and storekeeper for deliveries of Material to sites.
• Inspects each phase of work to determine if quality standards are met and ensure deliveries of Work to client are completed as per signed documents.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered and handed over on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage Installation team, subcontractors and work activities.
• Carry out regular inspections at Site.
• Any Degree (but should be able to communicate in English and Hindi)
• Range of Experience – Minimum 2 years in UAE
• UAE Driving License – Must have.
