• At least 4-5 years’ overall experience.
• Must have at least 2-3 years’ of UAE experience related to his field.
• Must have the knowledge working in building management, facility management, residential management and not in a construction company.
• Must have strong skills in their work, and not as an assistant only.
• Must be professional especially in their field and has the ability to decide on their own.
• Must have experience handling technicians and can coordinate with the clients.
• Must have computer skills.
• Can be flexible and trustworthy.
• Nationality: Preferred Indian Nationality
• Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid) Employment Visa with at least 1 month notice, or any one can join as soon as possible.
• Passport should be valid for more than 6 months.
• Driving License: Must have UAE D/L
• Location: In Dubai, UAE,
