We are looking for a Fit Out estimator with good UAE experience to join our team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Estimation of large prestigious high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Preparation of bills of quantities.
• Estimating and cost control.
• Experince in tender process.
• Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates.
Skills:
• Should have a minimum 3-5 years fit out experience,
• Experience in material management
• Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit out suppliers
• Good Knowledge of the Fit Out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & overseas.
• Multi-tasking and ability to work with more than one project.
• Effective communication skills and technically sound.
• Experience in software like Planswift and more
Graduation:
Preferably with Architectural Degree or BSc in Interior Design or equivalent, and proficient in English language.
