Sales Manager
You will be in charge of developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with all type of customers. You will also be tasked with tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets of sales team, overseeing the activities and performance of sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Managing organize sales team.
• Establish Key partnerships for Business Development, develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements
• Experience in Home Appliances.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Excellent Sales Experience.
• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
• Chinese & English speaker
