Hiring IT Field Support Officer
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation allowances
Job Description:
• Act as the customer liaison to Engineering, Sales, and Field Engineer teams
• Escalate critical issues and roadblocks to the Service Delivery Manager
• Be a part of the on-call rotation for the assigned product team
• Installation, configuration and support for software and hardware, assemblies and connections at customers and partner’s site
• Provide technical support (e-mail, phone calls, on-site support)
• Troubleshoot incidents, debug, and provide problem analysis
• Deliver technical trainings and presentations to partners, customers, and internal departments
• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
• Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and integrity infrastructure
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant field
• At least 6 years’ experience in a technical support role
• Must have valid UAE driver’s license
