Customer Service Representative - Facilities Management
Languages: Bilingual - Arabic and English (Both languages are mandatory)
CSR- Facilities Management Job Description:
• Reporting to the customer service manager
• Taking calls and complaints from customers
• Scheduling callouts to customers
• Communicating with the facilities management team
• Updating the facilities management system
• Following up with customers to resolve queries.
• Effectively understand the client’s requirements.
• Keeping track of all to-close queries, both successful and unsuccessful.
• Handling grievances in a manner that preserves the company’s reputation.
• Improve the quality of customer service for existing & prospective customers.
Basic requirements for the roles:
• Facilities management experience is MANDATORY
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates will have at least 1.5 years of call center experience in the facilities management arena
