Job Description:
• Identify Deviations from Project budget and ensure that the cost impact of all changes are captured and notified to Projects for preparing the claims.
• Update Monthly all the aspects that delineate the cost of completed report.
• Revised Project cost estimate at the end of each month and Estimate cost at completion.
• Validate cost codes in Material requisitions in ERP System.
• Review Project Recap BOQ and work done quantities.
• Preparation of cost report and submission.
• Minimum 5 - 10 Years experience, in Road & Infrastructure projects in UAE.
