Senior Call center Agent- JLT Dubai, UAE
• Candidates who can join immediately and are locally available (Visit/ Cancel visa) for a face-to-face interview
• 4-5 Years of UAE Experience is mandatory
• Must have an experience in Customer Happiness, Retention, and Complaints
• Previous experience in telesales is a must as well
• Customer Centric, Critical Thinker
• Able to provide solutions as soon as possible
• Must have excellent English communication skills (no accent)
• Candidates with relevant experience in a call center only
• Female Candidates / No nationality preferences
• Salary up to AED 6500/ 6 working days
• Should have very good communication skills/ No strong accent / Good English commands.
