Job Purpose:
To lead functional marketing centrally, brand activities and growth to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
Build, grow and manage a rock star team of marketers across UAE including Brand, Channel, Offline, trade marketing and Creative teams.
Develop brand strategy and plans to achieve desired brand objectives and business ambitions - manage retail platforms and day to day functional marketing activities.
Requirements:
The role requires exceptional team building management skills with deep knowledge of community attributes, local content, social media marketing, and strong skills in trade marketing and organizational expertise.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. B2B experience in a leading FMCG and a UAE driving license must.
