We are looking for a “ Sales Executive” with a Recruitment and Executive search company background.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
Salary: AED 7000 + Commission
Responsibilities
Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
Develop annual sales strategy and goals
Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
Collaborate with sales leaders
Setting personal monthly targets to achieve and creating plans to take action.
Manage inbound and outbound calls including some late hours, as and when required.
Make Sales Calls, send Company profiles, Agreements, follow up, negotiate fees, and close the deal.
Set up appointments with BDM or Sales Manager, if appropriate.
Identify customers’ needs, take details and forward them to the right person for taking action.
Comfort the client and seize opportunities to upsell other services when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra miles
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customers’ needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Acquiring new clients and managing existing customer relations.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Assisting the Sales Manager and the Operations Team to reach the monthly revenue.

Experience Requirements:
• Previous and current experience working with Manpower Recruitment companies
• Experience with UAE clients is essential and potential clients’ pipeline is an advantage.
• Must have strong client relations and negotiation skills.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience
