الوصف الوظيفي Coordinator - HR ( Recruitment) POSITION OBJECTIVE The job holder will be responsible for recruitment management and administrative support in the Concept and Retail DO — Key Responsibilities 1.Manpower & Recruitment Planning · Support the Line Manager in preparing the annual manpower acquisition plan and bugdet · Support the Line Manager in deciding the priority recruitment channels for the Concept and Retail. · Prepare a recruitment Future database for the Concept/Retail and feed into the central database 2.Recruitment Administration · Assist in releasing recruitment advertisement · Compile CVs for review by department managers/functional heads within Concept /Retail · Coordinate with local recruitment agencies and other preferred recruitment channels · Conduct pre screening of submitted CVs and shortlist candidates · Coordinate and schedule Recruitment Interviews · Interface with candidates for documents and visa process · Maintain & Track the progress of the process from the date of recruitment to the date of joining · Coordinate with line managers for interviews and collect feedback for interviewed candidates · Co-ordinate with selected candidates for collecting necessary documents viz. passport, Original Bachelor’s Degree Etc · Ensure smooth joining of the prospective candidate. · Assist the Line Manager in key recruitment initiatives and adhoc projects. المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/hr-coordinator-recruitment-4601429/ |
