We Are Hiring For The Following Position:
Production QA/QC
Job Objective:
• Preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
• Crating, revising and monitoring the required Company Quality documentation.
• Monitor all quality related joinery activities, related to production and installation. 
• Perform all internal and external audits related to quality issues/procedures.
• Verify the quality of all the works related to sub-contractors working for the Company for works related to the scope of work of the Company, or related to the Company.
• Attending client’s quality management meetings.
• Attending and being responsible for all the procedures related to QA/QC that shall be followed up and implemented as per ISO requirements.
• Working closely with the ISO manager for all the coordination works and documentation related to the Company ISO standards.
• Preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to the commencement of each project.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
• Coordinate all QA/QC joinery activities with the Technical Factory Manager and Operations Manager. I.E. the QA/QC activity to be performed within the Factory and during the installation process. The QA/QC shall be focused on technical assurance related to follow the correct construction and installation drawings, and, making sure that quality is top-notched.
• Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the clients’ representatives.
• Coordinate all the quality inspections (Factory and Site).
• Action and close all customer complaints.
• Control all documentation upon the completion of the project.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent in a related field.
• Must have UAE Driving License.
• Specific experience in checking the quality of Joinery works (production and installation)
• 3-5 years’ experience in Joinery field as QA / QC
• Should have minimum requirements of 3 years, working experience in joinery quality check.
• Nationality Preference : N/A
• Should have good materials knowledge in joinery related works.
• Superior communication skills (verbal & written) is mandatory.
