الوصف الوظيفي
The candidate will coordinate with vendors, shipping agents, clearing agents in Dubai, and our warehouse staff to ensure smooth receiving of containers/merchandise imported from the USA/Europe and other parts of the world.

Apart from the above,

Monitoring and tracking shipments in transit.

Reporting to management on logistics

Ensuring proper filing of all relevant documents

Issuing of POs and posting of purchase invoices on receiving of the merchandise.

and any other work assigned by the management will have to be done.

The candidate shall also coordinate with the warehouse on a daily basis to ensure smooth shipments of deliveries to customers, monitor sales billing, and ensure that the policies of the company are followed.

المهارات
Should have good command in using MS apps like Excel, Outlook, etc, and also have experience in working on ERP software preferably MS Dynamics.

He should be capable of handling complete logistics with minimum supervision.

Excellent communication skills.
