الوصف الوظيفي Manage and support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities (end to end recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations etc) Conduct induction / orientation program for all newly joined employees Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, term leaves, transfers, or promotions, in database. Develop, Interpret, and explain human resources policies, procedures throughout the organization Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance Answer employees queries about HR-related issues and respond in a timely manner Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms Aiding correspondence for the office, such as emails, letters, packages, and phone call Overseeing office supplies and services, including restocking supplies, relocating employees to new areas, setting up desks and equipment for new hires, arranging parking permits for employees, or creating important office forms Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up-to-date. Renew and maintain all company’s leases in the UAE before its expiry, which includes offices, company apartments Submit, follow-up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business Renew, update and maintain all employees and their dependents’ visas, labour cards, and labour contracts in a timely manner to ensure that company’s records المهارات Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or equivalent Minimum 3 years work experience in UAE as an HR & Admin Officer or equivalent (experience in marketing/social media, IT industry is an advantage) Must be flexible to work in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Fully competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint Experienced in visa and other transactions, knowledge of local Labour Law. Can-do attitude, willing to help others and have empathy. Ability to handle sensitive information Be of the highest caliber: punctual, attentive and competent in adhering to company’s policies, procedures and working practices. A flexible approach to working hours and travel; with occasional weekend work if required. The ability to manage a heavy workload, with a close attention to detail.
