Position Objective: NASTECH Order Management Specialist is an independent, enthusiastic, committed and globally oriented individual with excellent analytical, communication and negotiating skills, well conversant in international trade and supply chain processes that prides himself/herself on the ability to deliver high levels of service and support to the company’s team.

A successful candidate should be able to:

- ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the company;

- make decisions in a dynamic business environment;

- work under pressure;

- collaborate with global procurement and logistics teams;

- prioritize customer needs according to changing business objectives.

المهارات
Academic Qualifications/Training:

Essential:

BSc in Transportation/Logistics Management or relevant area

Desirable:

MSc in Transportation/Logistics Management, MBA

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

- minimum of 3-year hands on work experience in organization’s logistics and supply chain operations;

- advanced knowledge of contractual terms, trade policies,INCO terms, customs regulations and procedures locally and internationally;

- good working knowledge of MIRSAL II and Dubai Trade services;

- having an extensive database of logistics companies and relevant service providers;

- experience of being in a position to use his/her own initiative;

- advanced level of MS Office tools;

- no restrictions on travelling abroad.

Desirable:

- CTLP/CILT certificate;

- MIRSAL II certificate;

- knowledge and experience of using ERP and CRM programs.

Language Skills:

- Fluency in both written and spoken English;

- Arabic or Turkish is an asset.
