Urgently Hiring Area Manager for an international Food Chain in UAE
Job Description:
• Candidate must have Food and Beverage Experience ( MUST )
• Multi-Stores or Flagship store experience
• Monitor actual performance of stores in assigned areas against budgeted figures; recommend corrective measures.
• Ensure the Customer Service Excellence are implemented in stores as per operations standard
• Develop initiatives to correct sales underperformance and maximize sales opportunities
• Ensure all store reporting processes are adhered to concerning Financials, Calendars, SWOT, PDPs & Succession Planning; Ensure reports are submitted on time to keep the entire area operations in a single control string.
• Analyzes financial reports to identify market trends and address issues in the area of performance
• Identifies, trains, and develops potential management-level staff, communicating performance standards, evaluating behavior and results, and coaching for improvement
• Implement effective support services related to employees, equipment, assets, products, legal, etc. for Caribou products and services value addition
Skills
• Proven track record in driving sales through people management
• P&L;ability with cost control focus and business acumen
• Minimum 5-7 Years in F&B;• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong leadership.
• Must have a valid UAE Driving License.
• Experience in setting-up Operations excellence.
