The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.
Responsibilities
• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
• Developing and maintaining a sales plan for the branch.
• Managing the implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
• Developing and motivating branch employee performance.
• Communicate and reinforce the corporate vision at the branch level.
• Developing a new and existing business to its full potential by spending 50% of time establishing customer contact, focusing on sales development, and delivering customers and contracts.
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales analysis at the branch.
• Hire and train all employees of the branch
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business
• Min. 10+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience in Sales, hiring, and individuals.
• Preferred experience from Manpower Supply company
