• Analyzing, Recording and Reconciliation of Receipt and Disbursement
• Summarizing Reports of errors
• Recording Supplier’s Invoices
• Preparing Cheques
• Recording Delivery Platforms Invoices
• Recording Utility Expenses
• Recording Prepayments, Depreciation, ENOC, Salik, Noqodi, others
• Release Cheques
• Recording and Monitoring Managers Petty Cash
• Recording and Monitoring HR Petty Cash
• Monitoring Monthly Recordings
• Assisting Auditors in Monthly/Annual Audits
• Salary to be discussed upon interview
