Hiring Residential Real Estate Agents:
A Real Estate Brokerage Company based out of Emaar Business Park, Dubai requires Residential real estate agents:
• At least 2-5 years of Dubai Residential real estate experience.
• In-depth knowledge of significant residential areas of the city. Off-Plan specialists would also be considered.
• Proven capacity for identifying and building client relationships. Should have extensive relationships with potential clients and landlords.
• Should be well updated with latest latest laws, rules and regulations of Dubai Land Department.
• Should have basic knowledge of Dubai land department’s Trakheesi system, contracts & permit apply and listing on various property portals like Propertyfinder, Bayut etc.
• Minimum educational qualification should be Bachelor’s degree and relevant real estate qualifications/certifications would be preferred.
• Candidates who have knowledge of Russian or Mandarin language will get preference.
• A Valid UAE driving license is must.
