Need to have at minimum 3- year experience within sales development / Executive role, within the Real Estate industry.
Required to have the Brokers card
Preferably Bachelor’s degree is in Marketing or any other related field.
Good understanding of Ultra Luxurious real estate segment is necessary.
Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage
Good communication skills
Ability to understand the requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.
