الوصف الوظيفي Proactively ensure sales of raw materials and chemical specialties and delivery of to existing and new customers in the region; Tasks - Support the sales team, active in a business to business environment, to commercialize raw materials and chemical specialties for the allocated department; - Monitor on weekly basis the stock level, purchasing needs and, delivering commercial forecasts for suppliers and supply chain, together with the Sales & Product Managers; - Act as direct point of contact for customers; - Prepare sales prices for the Sales Managers and Business Managers where needed; - Follow-up on customers and customers purchasing behavior, detecting opportunities, developing commercial relationship; - Follow-up on customer satisfaction; - Prepare monthly sales statistics; - Manage customer requests for samples local and intercompany and follow-up; - Alert and discuss price issues at customers with the sales managers; - Follow-up on payments together with the Credit Controller and Sales Manager; - Follow the corporate and local procedures regarding SHEQ and promote improvements in the organization; - Follow the correct guidelines: certification, customer and legal requirements to e.g. product, environment, safety and health, code of conduct etc…; - Assure correct registration and follow-up of all complaints throughout the full process.
