Manage listings, viewings, and transactions
Communicate/ Interact with potential and existing clients
Provide sound advice to end-users and investors
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Ensure necessary paperwork are in order (contracts, leases, deeds, etc)
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Maintain their own online presence and manage the marketing of their properties across portals
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Strong sales and negotiation skills and overall, well interpersonal skills
Excellent written and communication skills.
Proven working experience as a real estate consultant/broker.
Experience with off plan and secondary market sales within the residential sector, experience within commercial sector is added value.
Ability to manage buyers and sellers process and ensure to exceed customers’ expectations, ability to handle professionally all customers and know how to handle relations with HNWIs.
Demonstrable experience in generating leads and closing deals
Team player
Previous RERA training and license is an advantage
UAE driver’s license and regular access to own personal transportation
Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferably from insurance, banking, and real estate background.
Ready to consider fresh talents based on profile and previous relevant experience
