HR Specialist

A leading Logistics and Warehousing company is looking for a HR Specialist profile for their office in Sharjah.
Job Responsibilities:
• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Organizational objectives. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Recruitment & sourcing new candidates as per the need and direction from the line manager.
• Supports organization by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
• Pay roll process in coordination with Accounts.
• Update the attendance system. Prepare the attendance on monthly basis.
• Handling medical insurance; renewal, addition, cancellation and claims.
• Leave Management and employee advances.
• Overall monitoring of HR coordinator working and regular Audits of the same to be performed.
• Involvement in: Pay Processing, leave management, on board and exit formalities, keeping of HR data, employee engagement & training programs, attendance system and out of office record of all office employees that includes sales, accounts, admin and HR, operations etc.
Education
• Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources.
• Experience
• 2 – 4 years of experience in relevant field.
• Note: Candidate should be locally available in UAE.
