JOB DESCRITION:

A Real Estate Agent, is responsible for overseeing real estate transactions between buyers and sellers. Their duties include drafting contracts for buyers and sellers, negotiating sale prices between buyers and sellers help them close deals.

Real Estate Agent duties and responsibilities:

Listing homes for sale or rent, usually on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
Sharing brokerage listings with other MLS brokers to get buyers to go to listings
Advising home sellers or owner on how they better prepare their home for listing and showings with regards for selling and renting
Supervising property showings
Reporting results and feedback of the sale to sellers or rent to owner
Helping buyers-tenants locate properties within their desired geographical area, price range and other criteria
Assisting buyers-tenants with visiting properties
Working with buyers during the sale
Working with client during the leasing period

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

REDS Real Estate Broker is looking for a real estate agent for our firm.

The daily duties of a real estate agent include marketing and listing property, working directly with homeowners and buyers, and helping various parties with paperwork.

We required Real Estate Agent with the following key duties and responsibility:

➢ At least one-year prior experience in Dubai Real Estate Market

➢ Preferably with valid UAE driving license and car

➢ Preferably having RERA Broker Card

➢ Proven track record in sales in UAE

➢ Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal closing skills

➢ Presentable, flexible, and well-mannered

➢ Able to work in a competitive environment
