Hiring Store Keeper (Procurement)
Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory
Responsibilities:
• Arrange day to day logistics arrangements
• Material delivery to test sites and locations
• Should be able to drive 1 ton pickup
• Assist in loading and unloading material
• Receives store deliveries, and verifies with PO and Invoice, report if any discrepancies
• Review shipping and receiving documents
• Do GRN and another inventory transaction in the ERP system
• Prepare invoice and supporting documents to submit to finance
• Prepare petty cash and credit card purchase documents
• Pack up items for return and creates shipping labels
• Ensures that stock room is clean and well organized
• Issue the materials to correct departments and do transactions in the system
• Physical inventory count every 3 months
• Local purchase of the material
• Prepare AWB for the shipments
Requirements:
• Knowledge of electronic spare parts/ components
• Electronic industry experience
