الوصف الوظيفي AED 14000 - AED 17000 Permanent Full time Our client is a Leading Home Appliance Manufacturer company. They are now looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to join them. Roles & Responsibilities: • Take ownership of order execution in b2b business model–build the dialogue with the customers, suggest the decisions. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication • Resolve any problems or queries that our customers might face. • Review and verify orders information’s and shipping instructions to ensure 100% accuracy. • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction. • Maintain factory production details and communication of open orders report. • Prepare quotes pertaining to new Sales queries and demands. • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. • Ensure Management commitment in terms of Business call numbers is delivered on a monthly basis etc. المهارات • Immediate Joiners Preferred Qualifications: • Excellent command of both written and spoken English Benefits: • Air ticket for Family • Insurance for Family تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/supply-chain-execution-logistics-specialist-4586347/ |
