• Start working more independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment while working confidently in front of customers

• Gain more exposure to technical issues and troubleshooting

Relationships:

• Shadow a more senior teammate

Competencies:

• Gain knowledge about complete TASKI product range

• Enhance skills on TASKI product maintenance and Audits

• Comply to iMAP reporting for all TASKI products/customers

• Reduce overtime in optimizing own schedule
