الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for helping clients find, lease, or buy properties by sourcing and matching properties. Responding to and closing company leads. Must be capable of advising clients on market conditions, finance and investment in Real Estate. It’s critical to be able to demonstrate strong people and sales skills. Candidates must be able to survive independently in the Dubai Real Estate Market and close deals, provide the highest level of customer service, know how to communicate and network with high net worth clientele and must be confident and professional. Responsibilities: Closing deals to agreed targets. Build good client relations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers/sellers or landlord/tenants over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales/leases. Maintain superior knowledge of the real estate regulations, laws, type of available mortgage, and local economies. Participate in any networking events that will bring in business to Direct Properties. المهارات Be able to demonstrate strong sales abilities. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial displaying Strong communication skills Must have: Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle. UAE visa eligibility. A permanent UAE address.
