What you’ll do:
Drive secondary sales at Retail stores in the UAE by managing store promoters, POS execution and ensuring product visibility in stores
Develop business relationships with Store managers across UAE - work alongside retail chains to promote PlayShifu products, set up attractive product displays and promotional booths
Hire and manage product demonstrators for Key Retail outlets
Maintain standards of product displays in key retail outlets and keep a constant tab on customer’s in-store and walk-in experience
Maintain company guidelines and sound positive and pleasing while interacting with customers on a daily basis
Collaborate with PlayShifu business development team and distributor in the region to set up in-store promotions and demonstrate deep understanding of PlayShifu’s products
Train in-store employees across retail chains on PlayShifu products and develop pitches to be used when interacting with customers
Audit PlayShifu product placement, display and in-store merchandising on a timely basis to ensure customers visualise PlayShifu’s products seamlessly
Collaborate with PlayShifu business development and marketing teams for designing and placement of in-store merchandising and online product listings
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for product launch across the Middle Eastern geography
What we are looking for:
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, convincing, social, and communication skills
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel on a daily basis (driving license a must)
Well-versed with Excel, MS Office and able to adapt to various changes in the retail industry constantly
Experience in retail recommended drive
Experience: Min. 2-4 years of experience
Base location: Dubai, UAE
*Additional Monthly sales commission of up to 2K AED
