Senior Architect Engineer (Design)
Responsibilities
• Lead the design development task for design projects with other disciplines engineers
• Lead coordination workshops internally and externally with Consultants and Contractors.
• Design and Review Architectural and engineering design documents including drawings, Specifications etc.
• Good understanding of Authorities and utilities agencies for obtaining NOCs and design approvals.
• Review other engineering disciplines design documents
• Providing guidance to contractors in any relevant technical and coordination issues
• Ensure cost optimization of designs and work within budget limitation.
• Conduct site visits and quality audits on the construction activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, design, or similar.
• 10 years of experience in Engineering consultancy field and as a Client representative
• Experience in AutoCAD software in design, and basic understanding of BIM technology and utilization of Revit & BIM360 platforms.
• UAE valid Driving license
• Min. 3 years recent experience with Northern Emirates projects
