Essential:
• DHA license/eligibility as RN
• 5 years of postgraduate experience in adult acute care
• Commitment to Evidence-Based Practice
• Clinical expertise
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in Project Management
• Demonstrated proficiency in the development and assessment of Competency
Desirable:
• Adult Critical Care experience
• Education/ training postgraduate qualification
• AHA Instructor status/experience
• UAE experience
