Hiring Human Resources Coordinator for a reputed client based in Dubai.
Key Job responsibilities
• Onboarding Process- as a HR Coordinator you would be responsible for complete HR administrative tasks and handling entire employee life cycle.
• Leave Management
• Payroll Management
• Visa Process Management
• Employee Relations
• Support in engagement activities for the staff and handle social media accounts
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Competencies and Requirements:
• 2- 3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills advanced knowledge on Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experienced of serving a large employee count
• Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors
• Outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately would be given preference.
