الوصف الوظيفي
In this position you will be responsible for providing insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Then, you will use your strong analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses. From these analyses, you will form and present your recommendations to our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Taking on full ownership of a work stream within a large project or the leadership of the project as a whole depending on the size of the engagement

• Developing market and technical models and frame works for analysis and report writing

• Leading market and technical analysis for engagements, as well as development of conclusions and actionable recommendations

• Contributing to financial analysis under supervision of the project manager

• Project management, under select circumstances

• Participation in client meetings and client interaction

• Contribute towards development of coherent and concise deliverables for the project

• Structuring the project framework and defining specific methodologies to be used to solve business challenges within the context of the project

• Planning and managing project steps, activities, resources and budget throughout the engagement

• Actively managing the client relationship (along with the Consulting Manager/partner) during the project

• Leading the project team by ensuring quality and on-time delivery

• Leading the design of applicable solutions for the business problems identified during the project

• Producing recommendations that result from client interviews, data gathering and analysis

• Participating in the development of client-ready deliverables by actively leading the project team and presenting deliverables to the client

• Developing intellectual capital

• Participating in business development efforts ranging from prospecting to preparation of sales materials and proposals

المهارات

• Bilingual Arabic/ English

• 2-5 years experience in consulting firm in two of the below areas:

Business Process Management
Customer Experience
Digital Transformation
Market Research
• Bachelors Degree

• Good Communication and Presentation Skill

• Strong Client Servicing Principle
