Hiring Project Manager - Customer Experience Centers
Profile:
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience in transformation and digitalization
• Strong background in project management, budgeting and analysis.
• Bilingual – Arabic and English – Mandatory requirement
• Black/green belt six sigma certified – Mandatory requirement
• PMP or PRINCE2 certified – Mandatory requirement
Responsibilities:
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to higher management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 AED depending on the experience.
