Hiring Mobile Device Management Support Officer
Location #Dubai
• Min 5-8 years of Experience (L2 Level )
• Experience on MDM – [ Air Watch ]
• MDM device profile configurations
• Analyze the issues and coordinate with corresponding team for resolution.
• Installation of applications. (pushing and removing the through the MDM portal)
• Testing of different MDM profiles.
• Test applications after the release of every update.
• Communicate with vendor for the replacement of hardware parts or maintenance of tablet under warranty period.
• Experience on manual testing of mobile application (Added advantage)
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support both remotely and on-site on hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot network problems at the desktop and server level.
