الوصف الوظيفي Company: iconiK Loyalty Card Services LLC Location: based in Oud Metha offices, may need to travel abroad for the organization and operation of off-site sales teams. Introduction: This position primarily is responsible for the setup of new sales and lead generations strategies for the iconiK Membership Club, including but not limited to: setup of online and physical lead generation strategies, organization of sales and conversion pipeline, as well as onboarding and managing staff for lead generation as well as face-to-face sales. Management: This position directly reports to iconiK Management and is expected to manage a full spectrum of lead generation funnels alongside an operational sales team. Job Requirements: Holder of this position must pose a strong, dynamic and independent comportment at all times. Must be a team player and able to communicate positively and clearly with potential iconiK Club Members and colleagues alike. Must be capable of establishing and operating a dedicated sales and lead generation team and proving said team by consistently achieving adequate sales conversion rates. Important: The head of sales is going to build a new department with new business operations and objectives. Fluency in two languages (English and Russian). Previous experience in sales and management is required. Working Days/Hours: Office hours 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (but be prepared to respond to sales concerns and emails after-hours and on weekends) Job details: · Accomplishes lead generation and sales team objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees. · Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions. · Achieves lead generation and sales operational objectives. · Prepares and completes marketing and lead generation action plans. · Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets. · Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas per region. · Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements. · Identifies marketing and lead generation opportunities by understanding consumer requirements. · Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. · Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits. · Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. · Adheres to all set company policies and procedures, in particular to those related to iconiK management policies and procedures. · Has an in-depth knowledge of all the iconiK Membership benefits, with explicit knowledge about each component of the membership. المهارات • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing • Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English and Russian • Ability to work under pressure • Strong closing skills • Ability to present multiple product lines • Great written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail • Superior organizational and time management skills • Mature approach, dedicated, and committed with a strong drive; • The ability to manage time exceptionally; • Ability to effectively and proactively solve problems; • Confident, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines working under pressure; • Experienced in dealing with confidential information using discretion and sensitivity at all times; • Computer & Social Media Advertising skills.
