We are hiring Junior Architect.
Requirements would be as follows:
1. Education: minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture. Master Degree preferable.
2. Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working for ID or Architectural office.
3. Technical Skills:
• Preparing tender Interior Design documentation package including standard deliverables: Furniture Layout, Finishes Layout, Elevations, Ceiling Layout, Joinery documentation package, Bathrooms (including all details required).
All documentation to be provided respecting international architectural and ID drafting standards.
Preparing photo realistic 3D Views
4. Software skills (all advanced level):
• Auto Cad
• Sketch up supported with professional rendering engine: V Ray etc.
• 3D max (optional - if Sketch up photo realistic 3D views are on acceptable level).
• Adobe Photoshop
