IT Business Analyst

We are looking for IT Business Analyst for UAE location to perform below responsibilities:
Candidate should have minimum 7 years experience and will be responsible to manage and support he interaction between Department and Business units.
It is responsible to build positive client relationships during and post projects.
The Function is responsible on workforce development, assess the clients’ needs, define business issues, assess customer feedback, respond to all appeal requests, publish the satisfaction survey and any interaction that results in measurable improvement in desired outcomes for both parties.
Perform in create relevant content for Annual IT satisfaction Surveys in coordination with various IT departments.
Contribute and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to publish and analyze the responses received for the Annual IT satisfaction Surveys.
