Job brief
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team and provide quality care for our patients.
Speech Pathologist responsibilities include performing screenings, assessing patient conditions and designing a treatment plan to help patients develop necessary speech skills.
Ultimately, you will work directly with patients to understand their needs and help develop treatment plans to provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
● Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events
● Keep detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies and progress
● Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers or medical professionals
● Provide rehab assistance to help patients meet their goals
Requirements and skills
● Proven work experience as a Speech Pathologist [ 4 - 6 Years]
● Experience with certain conditions or working with specific age groups may be preferred
● Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes and Therapy
● Excellent coaching, verbal and written communication skills
● Proficiency with computers, especially patient and healthcare databases
● English proficiency and good understanding of Arabic is a advantageous
● Bachelor in Speech Pathologist
● DHA license ( DHA Eligibility Letter is Expectable)
● Spouse Visa – Preferred
● Dubai Resident Preferred
