Arabic Speaking and fluent in English

With Bachelor’s Degree

With related Experience in Customer Service and Marketing

Hardworking and Problem Solver

Can work under Pressure

Dynamic and Single

Responding to customer service requests, including the customer information files and communicating changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
Ensuring and providing quality service to both internal and external customers.
Receiving inquiries from clients / customers, offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues
Performing assigned system maintenance to various electronic order files.
Provide support to the Marketing Team.
Will Responsible to maintain the Social Media Account of the company
