Our growing team of Homes 4 Life Real Estate is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to take over hiring, training, and onboarding for our company. In this role, the ideal candidate will strive to enhance and develop the organization’s ability to attract top talent from globally. The candidate will oversee the talent acquisition process and manage our hiring managers and other support staff.

To ensure success as a Director of Talent Acquisition, you should be demonstrating strong capabilities to identify talent from the market, keen understanding of best practices and processes involved in acquiring and nurturing talent especially in Dubai Real Estate. As a director, you need to be an exceptional leader who leverages knowledge and strengthens the network to maximize the organization’s potential.

Responsibilities

· Overseeing hiring and employee acquisition processes

· Lead all hiring strategies

· Head hunt talent from the industry and outside

· Building relationships with key organizations, bodies, and institutes

· Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent acquisition

· Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the effective sourcing and retention of talent

· Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings

· Participate in industry events and activities to grow network

· Implement online and offline employer branding activities

· Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget

· Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)

· Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans

· Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company

· Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)

· Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire

المهارات
· A graduate degree in human resources or business management

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a talent acquisition manager or head of talent acquisition in a multi-national firm

· Knowledge of hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis frameworks.

· Proficient at using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition processes.

· A thorough understanding of UAE legal processes, requirements, and legislation

· Analytical mindset, and critical thinking abilities

· Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution

· Excellent at both verbal and written communication

· Strong networking and relationship-building skills

· Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven
