Sales Executive - Telecom

الوصف الوظيفي
Inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase Etisalat/du products and services.
Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales Education and/or Work Experience

· Sharp memory and superb study skillset

· Excellent communication skills.

· Creative thinking skills.

· The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation

· Good sales ability

· Working knowledge of relevant computer software.

· Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

· The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers

· Demonstrated experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role

· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection especially with irate customers

· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

· Call Center experience is an advantage.

· Language required English, Malayalam and Hindi, Arabic added advantage

· Candidates visit visa / own visa any cancel visa
